Wedding Contract
1. All negatives and copyright privileges remain the sole property of A2Z Photography.
2. A non-refundable $200.00 reserves the date and time specified. The remaining balance must be paid by the wedding date.
3. We allow one hour for ceremony and one hour for reception. Additional time: $75.00 per hour or a fraction thereof.
4. A2Z Photography offers you the finest in professional quality photographs. Deni Montgomery, her agents, or employees are not liable for compliance of this contract if failure is caused by equipment or transportation malfunction or mail service, because of defective materials or chemicals; or by circumstances of a similar nature beyond the contract of A2Z Photography.
5. Liability is limited only to a refund of monies received on the above contract.
